We have choosen to focus on our family and study this year so our webstore will be temporarily closed from the 1st February 2012 until further notice.  

We will still be running our nappy parties and hire service, and on ocassion surplus stock will be listed on the website.

At this time we only offer a Paypal Checkout service. When you add items to your cart you will be redirected to Paypal (in another window).  If you are having trouble, please ensure your browser allows pop-up's.

Alternatively, if you wish to pay cash or via Direct Credit please send us an email with your order request. 

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

We currently only ship to New Zealand addresses and post orders on Tuesday's and Friday's.  Your parcel will be shipped via ParcelPost Tracked.  The expected delivery time for this is 1-3 working days and your parcel can be tracked online.

Shipping costs are:
$4.00 for all orders under $20.00 
$6.00 for all orders between $20.00 and $100.00
FREE for all orders over $100.00

If your order does not arrive after 3 working days after the notification that it has been sent, please contact us so we can lodge an inquiry.  We are only able to do within 14 days of your order being sent.

E-Points is our way of thanking our customers who shop with us.  For every 250 points you collect we will reward you with a $10 credit on your next order.

E-Points Terms:

• You must sign-up by sending us an email or filling in our contact form on the website.
• $1 = 1 E-Point.
• E-Points cannot be collected on sale items which have over 15% off.
• E-Points cannot be collected on shipping costs.
• E-Points cannot be collected on hire kits or secondhand items.
• At times, some items will be eligible for bonus E-Points.
• Once you have reached 250 E-Points we will reward you with $10.00 off your next order.
• Rewards cannot be used through the webstore - they must be processed manually so please email or call when you wish to use them.
• Rewards can only be used on full price items.
• E-Points can be transferred to a friend with your explicit permission.
• E-Points do not expire.
• Feel free to tell your friends about our E-Points programme, tell them to 'name-drop' you when ordering and we'll bump-up your E-Points balance.
• E-Weez has the right to change the terms of our E-Points programme at any time.

Layby is available for orders over $50.00 and a 10% deposit is required. Layby orders must be paid in full within 3 months, unless otherwise arranged.  We expect regular payments towards your layby order with a minimum of one payment per month. When the final payment has cleared your order will be shipped. In the event that we do not receive full payment for your layby within the timeframe specified, we have the right to cancel your layby order.

We prefer not give refunds on cancelled laybys so please be sure of your layby order.  Instead, we will offer a store credit for for the total amount you have paid-off on the layby.

Free delivery for parties applies to orders taken at the party only and unless otherwise arranged, applies to the local party area. E.G. If a party is held in Thames, the delivery for the orders from that party will be free to Thames.
