Orders and Payment
All orders must be fully paid for before they will be shipped. 

Payment is due 7 days after the invoice date (as stated under Payment Due on your invoice). After this time-frame if payment has not been received the ordered items will be returned to stock.
  
Orders will be shipped once payment has been cleared - unless an item is out of stock or on back order.
If an item is out of stock or on back order we will contact you by phone or email to advise of the delay, other arrangements can be made for your order at this time if you wish.  We endeavour to keep our online shop as up-to-date with stock levels as possible.

We offer Paypal, Direct Credit or Cash payment options.  Cash payment is only available at markets, parties, or on pick-up.

Layby
Layby is available for orders over $50.00 and a 10% deposit is required. Layby orders must be paid in full within 3 months, unless otherwise arranged.  We expect regular payments towards your layby order with a minimum of one payment per month. When the final payment has cleared your order will be shipped.  In the event that we do not receive full payment for your layby within the timeframe specified, we have the right to cancel your layby order.  

We do not give refunds on cancelled laybys so please be sure of your layby order.  Instead, we will ship the items you have paid off in full (including shipping) and offer a store credit for the amount that is left. 

In some cases (where items are not limited), layby stock may be used to fill other orders therefore there may be a delay in shipping your order after the final payment has cleared.  If you wish to pay off your layby early you may wish to advise us of that intention so we can ensure your items are in stock ready to be shipped.

To setup your layby please contact us through our Contact page.  Please note that some items are unable to be put on layby.

Price
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.  We reserve the right to vary the price from time to time.

Shipping & Delivery
New Zealand:  For online purchases we charge the following rates for shipping to a New Zealand address:
$4.00 for all orders under $20.00 
$6.00 for all orders between $20.00 and $150.00
FREE for all orders over $150.00
Your order will be sent via ParcelPost Tracked. The expected delivery time for this is 1-3 working days and your parcel can be tracked online.

International:  At this time we do not offer international shipping through our online store.  Please contact us if you have an enquiry about international shipping.

Free delivery conditions advertised on our brochures applies to orders taken at parties only and unless otherwise arranged, applies to the local party area. E.G. If a party is held in Thames, the delivery for the orders from that party will be free to Thames.

We send our Parcels via New Zealand Post.  If your order is late/damaged/lost in transit please contact us so we can lodge an inquiry with NZ Post, no replacements or refunds will be offered until this inquiry is complete.

Returns and Refunds
No returns or refunds on sale items, preorder items (unless items are faulty).  No returns or refunds on secondhand items as they are provided 'as is', we do our best to explain their current condition.

Please contact us before returning any items.

If, for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer a refund on all new, unwashed items with intact packaging if returned within 7 days.  Shipping costs are not refunded.

If the goods are faulty we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf - returns or exchanges will depend on their policy.  The faulty goods must be returned within 20 days.  After this time period the goods will be under the manufacturers warranty.  We inspect all products for visible faults before they are shipped.
